Andres Sutt was born on 11 November 1967. He is married and a father of three children.
Education
Andres Sutt graduated from the University of Tartu in 1993 with a degree in financing and loans. In 2008, he completed the INSEAD Advanced Management Programme.
Other
In 2008, the President of the Republic awarded Andres Sutt the Order of the White Star III class.
His native language is Estonian, he is fluent in English, and knows Russian and Finnish at the intermediate level and French at the basic level.
